  • Duck confit, chicken, pink pepper & lime terrine, coconut scallops, apricot chutney, beetroot aioli.
  • Fennel salt & pepper squid, hummus, red pepper & chilli dressing.
  • Tempura Queensland Tiger prawns, mixed grain tabbouli.

  • Batter fried fresh fish fillets, shoestring chips, condiments, fennel slaw.
  • Char grilled Beef fillet, shallot mash, mushroom & onion jus, red onion jam.
  • Macadamia sesame crust Huon Tasmanian Salmon, Salad of leaves, cucumber, radish, cranberries, dill, smoked salmon & lemon mayonnaise.
  • Roast Chicken supreme, local tomato, nectarine, micro herb & buffalo mozzarella salad.
